Terms & Conditions

Thank you for shopping at By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to read them. These terms may change from time to time so please check back occasionally for updates.
Payment Methods
We offer several payment methods, you can pay by credit card, Paypal or check. If you would like to pay by money order or wire transfer, choose the phone order option and you will be contacted.
In any case, the order will be processed only after the amount was paid in full unless stated otherwise.
Credit card: If you are paying by credit card your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. For security reasons and to protect our customers we require your shipping and billing addresses to match. By using a credit card to pay for your order you authorize Office Signs Pro LLC to charge your credit card account for the full amount of your order including all shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes, if any.
PayPal: If you use PayPal to make a payment the process will go through the secure PayPal ordering system. Your address must be confirmed. We will not ship to unconfirmed PayPal addresses. No exceptions. If paying by eCheck, your payment must clear before we ship your order.
Please make sure that all the required information in your profile is correct before placing an order so we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your order will be manufactured shipped out after clearance of funds
We use FedEx to ship out packages. If a shipping carrier is not available for your area we reserve the right to ship your order with another carrier at our discretion. Please note that we may ship your order in more than one package and an adult signature may be required upon delivery.
We offer free shipping for orders above $200 to the continental US. In case some or all of the order will be returned for a refund so that the remaining order will be less than $200, the shipping will be charged as detailed herein under Returns.
All items are manufactured as soon as the payment is cleared, and are ready to be shipped between 1-5 days from that moment. Therefore we guaranty 14 working days between clearing of funds, manufacture and shipping.
The exceptions are black or gold finished which are not kept in large quantities in stock and may arrive within 21 days. In most cases, though, where the order is not big, the order will arrive within regular time frame.
If you need expedited shipping or rush manufacturing, please choose “phone ordering” and you will be given another quote.
We will ship to confirmed addresses only. We do not ship to hotels or motels. Please note that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
When Shipping to Canada, we use FedEx and take care of releasing the parcels from customs using our own broker (GST tax is already included in the price).
Sales Tax
Office Signs Pro automatically charges applicable sales taxes on all orders shipped to State of Florida. Please note that in addition to the Florida State Sales tax most of the Florida counties charge sales surtax which will be included in your order as well. For all other states each customer is responsible for all sales or other taxes.
Warranty Information

All products sold on our website are manufactured after the time of order and carry full manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise.
Improper use of the sign will void this liability.

Vista System supply a Lifetime Warranty on their signs covers the visible parts of the frame, i.e., the side channels, and does not cover the back of the sign and the face, which is covered by your art-work.

Prestige Drop-In has 1 year warranty.

EasyFrames System has 5 years warranty.

Plastic ADA signs has 1 year warranty.

Returns and Refunds
Every order is made on request, i.e., when you’ve ordered and your payment is cleared we cut and assemble the signs you have ordered and we do not keep any item on the shelf.
Therefore, the following return policy is in place:
  1. In case you have received a damaged item and you wish to replace it, contact us by email to and we will arrange to pick up the item and replace it. You will not be charge any additional fee.
  2.  If the item is not damaged and you wish to return it for whatever reason, you may do so within 15 days since the item was delivered. In that case, the following applies:
    1. Contact us to verify the return.
    2. Pack the items carefully and ship it to the address we will supply you. The return address will be determined according to the items.
    3. Always ship your returns to us insured and keep your tracking #. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All returned packages must be properly packed to prevent damage in transit.
    4. All returns must be send to us freight prepaid. All shipping, handling and return shipping charges are non-refundable for all products in all cases.
    5. If a product is return to us because you ordered the wrong item, you don't like the product or you simply want to return it for no reason at all, we will refund the amount paid less shipping and handling charges and less 20% re-stocking fee based on invoice.
    6. In case you got free shipping for a big order and by returning all or part of it you are no longer entitled for that benefit, you will be charged a reduced shipping rate of $1.5 a lb (minimum of $10) for continental US states and $2.5 a lb (minimum $30) for all other areas.
    7. The restocking fee and shipping charges also applies to "Refused" shipments. If a return is send to us without complying with the above the package will be return to you, no refund/replacement will be issued and you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
Order Acceptance
Office Signs Pro LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, regardless of the order status. We also reserve the right to require additional information from you if such information is necessary to process or complete your order. All orders are subject to management review and approval and if found to be invalid due to any reason, are subject to cancellation by management.
Order Cancellation
At this time our system will not allow you to cancel your order once it is placed. However, if your order is placed on hold due to products not available in stock or for any other reason not directly related to you, you will be given the choose to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellation will not be possible once your order is shipped. If you refused the shipment and the package is return to us you will receive a refund for your order less shipping and handling charges and less 20% re-stocking fee based on invoice.
